At the BENDA Warehouse, you are close to what matters: receiving parts, keeping things organised, completing orders and getting goods reliably on their way. So our workshop and dealers can keep working – and our bikes stay on the road.

• Receiving goods and carrying out quantity and quality checks on incoming deliveries
• Checking delivery documents and recording goods movements in the inventory management system
• Proper storage of goods and maintenance of a clear and organised warehouse structure
• Picking, packing and shipping spare parts and accessories
• Processing and dispatching spare parts orders for dealers and the workshop
• Ongoing inventory checks and clarification of stock discrepancies
• Close cooperation with the workshop and BENDA technicians
• Optimising warehouse layout, material flow and shipping processes
• Developing and documenting consistent warehouse standards
• Providing operational coordination and support to colleagues
• Actively supporting the continued development of our European spare parts logistics

• Practical experience in warehousing, spare parts logistics or technical trade
• Confident use of inventory or warehouse management systems
• A structured, accurate and independent way of working
• A hands-on attitude and willingness to support day-to-day warehouse operations

At BENDA, you get a long-term, full-time position with regular working hours from Monday to Friday. You work in a permanent team, have clear points of contact and receive thorough onboarding for your role.
